  • Orders are handled Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)

UK Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.


International Shipping

RIVAG offers worldwide shipping to selected destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
